Whether you are in your 1st, 2nd or even 3rd trimester, or planning to conceive we have the perfect individualized plan for you to not only get or keep fit but to prepare you and your baby for birthing seamlessly together.
Essentially you will train to ease and work with the strong sensations of labor as exercise itself releases endorphins [the body’s natural pain killers which are 200 times stronger than any man made substitute!]
The medical statistics support this as women who exercised during their pregnancy had a 35 percent decrease in the need of pain medication and a 75 percent decrease in maternal exhaustion.

Our plan is specially designed for mama’s to get their bodies back whether they have just had a baby and are dealing with all the crazy hormones or whether its been some time. The fact is that you can get an even better body after a baby too! Our program teaches you to not just get in to fabulous shape but to also how to do it, apply it and keep it up in the real world.
Particularly after a couple of weeks of giving birth, you can start to feel frustrated with the way you look, wondering if you will ever get your pre baby figure back, or perhaps if you had weight issues before whether you will ever achieve your goal of a fit healthy body. Even moms who have exercised consistently throughout their pregnancy will start to feel the pressure that they are too tired and to busy to exercise.
